You should not post any E-mail IDs, Phone numbers, photos, advertisements, business promotional material in the space provided for you in the application for other purposes.

If fairlinks matrimony.com founds any part of your application containing legally restricted messages, photos and any others, your membership will be terminated without any refund and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Fairlinks Matrimony verifies all the contact numbers at the time of Profile registration.

Registered members (By their own or with the help of Fairlinks Matrimony staff or with the help of third parties) should delete their profiles if once the marriage is settled or not interested to take services. May do this by login into Fairlinksmatrimony.com or by sending an email request to customercare@fairlinksmatrimony.com from their registered email Id.

Paid members will be allowed to get the contact details of other users/members of this site. However contacting other members/users are limited depending on membership type. To know the period and number of contacts allowed please visit our “Membership Options”.

Members will allowed getting contact details of only opposite gender profiles in the caste and community witch they mentioned on registration form.

3.

Membership fees once paid cannot be refundable or transferable.

4.

If paid members found any settled profiles, profiles without contact numbers/ wrong numbers and not working phone numbers, may send mail to customercare@fairlinksmatrimony.com by requesting to add an additional contact for settled one within a week after contacting.

You may terminate your account for any reason by writing to fairlinksmatrimony.com. In such cases you should not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees.

fairlinks matrimony has right to terminate your account for any reason by sending notice to your E-mail you provided at the time of registration or other E-mail addresses you may provided latter. If fairlinks matrimony finds you breached the agreement and terminated your account you should not be entitled to refund of subscription fees.

3.

This site is for personal use of individual members only. Organizations, companies, businesses, marriage mediators cannot become members of this site.

4.

If it is found any individual member of this site is sharing information and services with others, that membership will be terminated and appropriate legal action will be taken.
