Registration

1. Why should I register?

Fairlinks matrimony is a matrimonial website committed to help members find their ideal matches. Users will have variety of choices to browse thousands of eligible profiles posted on the portal to find suitable profiles in the quickest possible time.
Fairlinks matrimony had its proven track in personalized matchmaking for Telugu community since 13 years and gained the trust and belief of Telugu people.
Once you register your profile on Fairlinks matrimony your profile will be available to prospective Brides/Grooms of your community. If any paid members likes your profile they can get your contact details and communicate with you directly.

2. How do I CREATE/REGISTER my profile online?

Go to homepage of www.fairlinksmatrimony.com and select option NEW REGISTRATION and fill the form .Email-Id, contact no., are mandatory, once you complete profile the profile is screened and made available to be viewed by other members.
Give all the details (necessary as well as optional) in full. This will increase the chances your profile being displayed during search.
After you submit the necessary details, you will be given a ‘Profile ID’ for all future references.
Your profile will then be validated and stored in a database. It might take up to 24 hours to validate an account. We will notify you with an e-mail as soon as your profile has been activated.

3. Can I register for my friend, sibling or relative?

Yes, you can. Fair links matrimony allows creating profiles for friends and siblings. Fair links has a large number of profiles registered by parents, siblings, friends or relatives.

4. Can two people register with the same e-mail address?

No. one email ID can be used for/by only one person. No email ID will be duplicated

5. Can I change all information in my profile later?

Except gender, religion and caste you can change the information in your profile

6. Can I skip any fields on the registration form or when creating my profile?

You cannot skip any information during registration. But you can skip some fields while creating your profile. Remember that you have to give details in mandatory fields which marked with star.

7. Will I be informed when my profile is activated?

Members will be alerted through mobile and E-mail, once their profiles are activated.

8. After completing Registration, I have received an activation link. How can I activate my account?

You have to click on the activation link that you have received in your email account. Clicking on the link will activate your account and you can continue to login after that.

9. How can I know how much % is my profile completeness?

After you are logged in, you can see the % of your profile completeness in your member home page. A symbolic representation will illustrate your profile completeness.

10. What are the DOs and DONTs while creating a profile.

Dos and DON’Ts
While filling up the registration form, try to give as many details of your life like:

Your personality (your likes, dislikes and the kind of person that you are).
Your educational and professional details. This may also include your achievements.
Your family (like number of family members, family values, etc.)
Your career plans
Add a recent photograph to improve your chances of getting responses.
Your expectations from your partner.
Keep your descriptions short and sweet. There is no need to get into the minute details of things.
Do not display your contact details anywhere in your profile except in the space provided for it.
Do not include vulgar or racist content.
Non compliance to the term of use may result in your profile being rejected.

11. What information from my profile will be displayed to other members?

Free members will be able to view all your details except your email address and contact details. Paid members will be able to view all the details including your contact details, if you are a paidmember, thenyou will be having the option to lock your contact details.

12. Do I have the preference to display or not to display contact information to others?

Yes, only the paid members will have the option to hide or show their contact details.

Note: You can show your contact details only to your interested profiles.

13. What is the significance of 'Preferred Partner Settings' page? Why should I add details? What advantage do I get filling the page?

In the Preferred Partner Settings page you have the opportunity to write about the kind of life partner you desire. This in turn will help you to get matches. As per your choice & settings, the database will search for similar profiles & get matches for you fitting your criteria or very much near to it.

1. How to login?

Go to homepage of www.fairlinksmatrimoney.comand select LOGIN and press Ctrl C(copy) your User Name and password which are sent to your mail Id and press Ctrl V(paste) in User Name and password and login.

2. I forgot my ID / Password. How should I retrieve it?

Click the “Forgot password” link under “Members login” in the homepage and enter your USERID. You will immediately receive the automated mail of your ID/Password to your mail Id provided.

3. Can I change my password?

Of course, you can change the password.
Login with your Profile ID / Email ID and password.
Go to “My profile section” and click “Change password.”
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password and confirm it. Click ‘change password’. Your password is now changed.

4. How can I change my E-mail ID?

Existing users can change their Email Id at any given time and there is no restriction for changes. Log on with your User Name and existing password. Click on "Edit Address" in member home page. In the fields "Email Id", enter your new Email Id and submit the form. After that an E-mail with the activation link has been sent to the contact E-mail address you submitted.

5. How do I search for profiles?

Members can search profiles using keywords such as, Profile ID, Community, Country, State City, and profession. The following are the different search options
Quick search: Login and select SEARCH option and select QUICK SEARCH and give details asked for and searchThis feature allows members to search matches based on age/religion/caste etc.
Advanced Search: With advanced search, you can search profile with your specific preferences like caste, education, residence status, profession, etc.
Search by Community: Members also have the option to search profiles by community. On clicking the ‘Search by community’ option, you will be prompted to specify the community and caste of the profile you are looking for.
Search by Country: Members can also search profiles from a particular country.
Search by State: Members can also search profiles from a particular state. On clicking the option, members are prompted to specify their country and state from a drop-down menu.
Search by City: This feature allows members to restrict their profile search within a particular city.
Search by profession: This feature will help you to search a profile that matches your profession. Members can search profiles based on qualification and occupation.
Search by Profile ID: This feature allows you to search specific members if you know their Profile ID.

6. How can I expand the scope of search criteria like all casted?

If you want the profiles in all castes then you can contact FL and FL will send you profiles to your mail-Id which is suitable to your profile.

7. Where can I view the searched profiles?

Yes, paid members can get this service. Login your ID and go to “MYPAGE” ,in that you can select “Profiles viewed by me”.

MemberShip

1. What are the benefits of paid members?

You can send personalized messages to members you like instead of sending Express Interest.
You can protect your photo and horoscope.
You can view the contact details and number of the referees.
You can view the photo of members you like.

2. What are the packages available for your paid services?

Fair links provides “ONLINE” and ONLINE + OFFLINE SUPPORT packages. In ONLINE we have Basic, Standard and Premium packages and in OFFLINE we have Basic plus offline support, Standard plus offline support and Premium plus off line support. It also provides personalized match making package.

3. What does online service means?

In online service, we have Basic, Standard and Premium online packages. Online means you can directly view the profiles and find the details. In this package you can directly contact the matched profiles.

4. What does offline support means?

In this offline support, we have Basic plus, Standard plus, Premium plus offline support packages. Offline support means Fair Links Matrimony will send you the matched profiles to your mail-Id or you can visit to your nearest Fair Links branch and get the service like you can view the profiles and get the details of the matched profiles and if you are interested we will contact the matched life partners on your behalf and inform you the details.

5. What is VIP Personalized matchmaking service?

In personalized Matchmaking service

Our Personal Matchmaker will do an expert search, identify, short-list and contact matched life partners on your behalf to help you find your life partner.
Your Personal Matchmaker also monitors profiles by sending matched profiles for horoscope.
If it matches in horoscope also then keeps you informed on developments related to matchmaking on a regular basis.
Weekly once match maker will shortlist profiles.
Your Personal Matchmaker will understand all your needs in your life partner search and helps you.

6. How long will it take to upgrade my profile if I have made the payment by cheque/DD through post or courier?

We will upgrade your profile once we receive your payment. If you have made the payment and your profile is still not upgraded, kindly contact our branch office or send an e-mail to customercare@fairlinksmatrimony.com along with your payment details.

Contact (MSGs & MAILS)

1. Can I contact Fair Links members without registering?

Sorry. You can't contact other members without registering.

2. Who can get Mobile Alerts?

Anyone who is a member of Fair Links can avail of this service.

3. When will I receive a mobile alert?

You will receive a mobile alert when your profile is activated.
If anybody interests on your profile and gives ‘Express Interest’ then you will be receiving message alert.
If anybody views your profile then you will receive the message alert.
If you are a paid member, you will be getting mobile alerts on a regular basis if any profiles are matching with your preferred partner details.

4. How can I establish a contact with a member?

To establish contact with a Fair Links provides an option called ‘Express interest’.

By using this option you can express your interest towards a member. To do this;

Login with your Profile ID and password.
Click the search option by entering your required preferences.
In the search result page, you will have the “Express interest” option.
Click the link if you find a suitable profile.
Clicking the “Express interest” link will navigate you to a new window.
Select any one of the Express interest messages and Click the “Send” button.
If you are a paid member, then you can send personalised messages to the matching profile.
If you are not a paid member; then you can express interest through system generated messages where the message will be sent automatically to that interested profile.

5. How do I accept/decline a member's interest?

You can accept or decline interest messages expressed by other members on you. For this you just have to click on the "Accept" or "Decline" links provided. All the interest messages expressed by other members whom you have accepted are maintained in "Interests Accepted" folder.

Payment Options

1. What are different modes of payment?

You can make online payments through net banking, pay at banks, Fair links matrimony offices.
Online payment is the easiest, fastest and secured mode of payment.
You can also send in the payment to any of our offices, located nearest to your place, through cash, cheque or DD/MO.

NOTE: Payments should be sent in the local currency only.

Photos

1. Why should I add my photo in Fair links matrimony?

Photos are the quickest way to increase the response rate to your priceless partner search. It is highly recommended that you upload photos with your profile and maintain a complete photo album.

2. How many photos can I upload?

You can upload a maximum of 20 photos.

3. How much time will it take to validate my Photograph?

Due to security reasons your uploaded photo will go through a screening phase which will not take more than 24 hours.

4. What is the maximum size of the photo?

You can upload photos having a maximum size of 50kb for thumbnail and 200kb for full photos.

5. Can I edit/delete my photographs?

You can login to your profile and select MYPROFILE, there you can view the option CHANGE PHOTO just below the profile photo.

6. How can I request a photo if the profile has preferred to keep it locked or no photo is displayed in the profile?

If the photo is locked or there is no photo displayed, you can select 'Photo Request'. Clicking on it once will send your request to the profile of your choice. You have to be a Registered Member to send Photo Request.

7. How can I lock my photo?

If you have paid member ship then login to your Id and select MYPAGE option and select LOCK MY PHOTO or LOCK MY CONTACT DETAILS or LOCK MY PROFILE.

8. If I fail to upload photo online, do I have the choice of sending my photo to Fair Links office to upload my photo?

Yes. If you are unable to upload your photo online, you can e-mail your photo to customercare@fairlinksmatrimony.com. You can also send your photo via post to any of our offices. Just mention your matrimony ID at the back of the photo

9. How can I view the photographs of the profile?

If the profile has provided photograph, you can see the image. If the profile has provided more than one photo, you can click View album on your right hand side. If the profile has not provided the photo or if it is locked, you can send a photo request to view it.

General

1. How can I add my success story in Fair Links Matrimony?

On the member home page you will find 'Submit Success Story'. Click on the link to go to the page where you can fill in your details & provide your story. Click Submit to complete.

2. How to deactivate my profile?

Select any option and save.
